The Chimera's Claw ability (which costs 1 full bingo) could be used for that purpose to shapeshift Val's form for up to two hours. Alternately, Val could request a unique ability to change between forms from the Augur more permanently. To change forms once, one full bingo would be sufficient. To change forms at will, we suggest submitting a multi-kink bingo thread for a personalized reward. Of course we are happy to take suggestions as to what the "mystery" reward should be!
