Oh, actually I have another question: back during the thing where people were turning into mercreatures and exploring the ruins, Felix turned into a merman for a while. If I wanted to give him the ability to take that form again on purpose, would that be possible? And if so, what would that cost? I know there's the general shapeshifting power, but that's any shape, rather than just one (and merpeople don't exist in his canon...).
