I have a multikink bingo the plus sign and I'd like to request his house plus walls enclosing the cold spring outside of the Unclean Realm walls.

Basically this and something close to this this as a floor plan. If I could add pieces of furniture of my choosing as well, i have some, but I leave that to your discretion.
