Complete Thread (Water): submitting for a private haven next to the Neinhaus/Wizardhaus with basic comforts; since it would be a multi-level townhouse-style home and this is only one complete thread, would it be reasonable to say the house can be made livable with hot water/basic furniture and he can work on upgrading for there?
