to clarify the bingo request, it would be for hangar-wide security bots that do patrols and make recordings, but characters with vehicles/mobile suits/etc in the hangar would also be able to ask for temporary bans of troublemakers (with player permission), as in those being 'banned' would be removed from the hangar for the duration. anyone with stuff in the hangar could make requests like that. the general public wouldn't be barred or anything like that.

for example: Akira steals Julieta's mobile suit. Julieta wants to keep him out of the hangar so she requests the security bots ban him for a week. If he shows up anyway he will be chased out. Anyone else is welcome to wander in as they please.
