1. The gundam pilots are not the only characters with access to the hangar. If the request is to monitor the hangar as a whole, then anyone with a ship, robot, or mecha in the hangar will be able to grant someone access if they are present when they arrive. If the request is to only monitor select mech in the hangar, Julietta would have more direct control over the robots. Which would you prefer?
